A LITTLE

About Us

Logan Electric Service, Inc was founded in 1952 by E.I. Logan in Fredericksburg, VA.

Mr. Logan returned from WWII eager to make a living for his wife and son, and began assisting his fellow neighbors in historic Fredericksburg with their electrical needs. Business took off and Logan Electric quickly became the top electrical contractor in the area.

After E.I. Logan retired, ownership passed to his son, Jerry, in the 1980’s. During this time, Logan Electric assisted Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding counties with many electrical projects both large and small.

Jerry retired in the early 2000’s, allowing his son, Michael, a third generation master electrician, to take the reins.

Michael continues his father and grandfather’s passion for electrical service in Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas.

It was a great install for my house. The guys did a good job going through and dropping the connection to the EV charger. I barely notice any wires. In fact, I don't see any of the wiring from the garage where it's installed. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Great jobs! Changing out electrical panel and running electrical access to outside shed. Final cost as quoted. Workmen on site on time every day. Two separate jobs completed on time. Employees friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Shawn did an amazing job fixing our doorbell! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong. He was quick, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. We really appreciate his excellent service and would definitely recommend Shawn to anyone who needs help.

Excellent work from start to finish We are extremely happy with the work Logan Electric did for us. Sean, Blake, and Brandon wired and installed the lighting in our shop, and the entire job came out great. The conduit work is clean and organized, the lights are positioned perfectly, and they took the time to do everything correctly instead of rushing through it. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from beginning to end. You can tell they take pride in their work, and that means a lot to us as small business owners ourselves. The difference in our shop is incredible. We would absolutely use Logan Electric again and recommend Sean, Blake, Brandon, and the entire Logan Electric team without hesitation. Five stars all the way!

Work completed: Generator inlet and interlock install Great crew and quick installation. Narrowly avoided disaster with the inlet placement (inside vs outside), but overall a great experience and would use Logan Electric Service again.

This is our second time needing their assistance, and both electricians were punctual, knowledgeable and kept us informed of what was being done and why. Today, David found our issue quickly and addressed it within a reasonable cost. He was very friendly and professional - a superb representative of the company. I highly recommend them.
